Welcome to inquirix.net. The following terms and conditions apply to every visitor of this website and to every enquiry sent to inquirix through it.
Who we are and what these terms cover
This website is provided by inquirix, 14 Icen Way, Dorchester DT1 1EW, United Kingdom. Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@inquirix.net or asked by telephone on 01305 264817; it helps if you name the page your question concerns.
These terms apply to all pages published under inquirix.net, to the material available there and to enquiries sent through the site. The version in force when you open a page is the one that applies to that visit. Where a separate written agreement has been concluded with inquirix, that agreement prevails.
If you have a complaint
Complaints about the website or about our services can be sent in writing to hello@inquirix.net or raised by phone on 01305 264817. We look into every complaint and reply with our view of the matter. Before court proceedings are started, the parties will attempt to settle the dispute between themselves.
Use of the website
The website may be used to find out about our work and to contact us. Any use that damages the site, other visitors or third parties is prohibited, including attempts to bypass security measures, the automated collection of published data and unsolicited advertising sent through the form. Access may be blocked after misuse.
Nature of the published information
The pages describe the work of inquirix in general terms and may change at any time. Nothing published here is a binding offer or a promise of a certain result; an agreement with us comes about only when we confirm a request or sign a separate contract with you.
General descriptions cannot reflect anyone's particular circumstances and are therefore not professional advice. Before you act on something you have read here, please speak to us or to another qualified adviser about your case; reading these pages creates no advisory relationship.
Access and maintenance
Access to inquirix.net is offered as it stands, without assurance as to its availability. Maintenance, technical problems or events outside our control can make the site unreachable for a time, and content may be revised or removed at any time. These terms give no right to the continued publication of a page.
Content and intellectual property
The texts, images, logos and design of this website belong to inquirix or to those who granted us their use, and they are protected by copyright. They may not be copied, distributed or changed without our written permission, except for private use that is not commercial.
Enquiries through the site
You are responsible for what you send us through the form or by email, and you must be entitled to share it. Please do not send confidential documents or sensitive information this way; call 01305 264817 if another channel is needed. We use your message only to answer it.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, inquirix is not liable for any loss arising from the use of this website or from its being unavailable, including indirect or consequential loss, lost data or lost profit. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a liability that the law does not allow to be excluded or limited.
Governing law and changes
The law of England and Wales applies to these terms and to the use of inquirix.net. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules in force where you live, and a dispute may be brought before the courts that are competent for you.
If a clause of these terms is held invalid, the other clauses are not affected. These conditions may be revised from time to time; the wording published on this page applies from the date given at the top.
