What our consultancy and writing services cost
Each service has a stated price in pounds sterling, a clear scope and a simple route from enquiry to invoice. Nothing is bought on this site; every order starts with a conversation.
Three ways to work with us
Prices are in pounds sterling and are confirmed in writing before any work begins. A larger rig, more cameras or a longer chain can change the figure, and we say so in the quotation.

Ordering
From first enquiry to paid invoice
Ordering is done by conversation and in writing, not through the site. You describe the job, we confirm what it involves and what it costs, and you pay by bank transfer once the invoice arrives. Cancellations and refunds follow our payment and refund policy.
-
01
Send an enquiry
Use the contact page to tell us about your studio, the problem or project and any date that matters. Mention the equipment involved and what you already have documented. A short, factual message is enough to start.
What you leave with
We know the subject and can say whether the work fits one of our services.
-
02
Talk through the scope
We reply with questions where something is unclear, such as the number of cameras, the signal path or the size of the crew. This keeps the quotation tied to the real job rather than a guess.
What you leave with
An agreed description of what is included and what is not.
-
03
Receive a written quotation
We send a quotation or written confirmation stating the price in pounds, what it covers and what could change it, for example extra equipment, travel or a longer document.
What you leave with
A written price you can approve or decline without obligation.
-
04
Work begins on your approval
Once you confirm in writing, we carry out the review, audit, session or writing. You send the materials we asked for, and we keep you informed if something unexpected affects the scope.
What you leave with
The report, document or session described in the quotation.
-
05
Invoice and bank transfer
After delivery or as set out in the quotation, we issue an invoice. You pay by bank transfer using the details on it. If you need to cancel or query a payment, the payment and refund policy applies.
What you leave with
A paid invoice and a closed order.
